Supposedly the "convert" utilitie provided in the redhat distribution will
convert a PostScript to g3. Mine ( redhat 6.0 ) coredumps in the conversion.
I ended up using a chain of other convertors, finally ending up with g3
format. I believe they all are included in the Redhat distribution. I would
try the convert utility first, since the man page seems to be most recent.
Some of the other convertors are5-8 years old.
