Well, this is the first mail that arrives correctly. Other mails always
had a blank line before the Subject: line (if I remember correctly). This
means, that line is part of the *Body* and is not counted as header line.

Everything that exists can be found in the voice/ subdirectory of the
mgetty source tree. That is: voice.conf with comments, a couple of brief
Readme files, sample scripts, and the most complete documentation of all,
the source code.

No, there is no "the definitive HowTo" for vm yet. You could write one :)
