mgetty-1.1.10: vgetty compilation problems

I think I forgot to include strsep.c. But in any case, please do
not use voice from the 1.1.10 release -- it's "work in progress", and
I did release it more or less accidently, before Marc could stop me.

For voice, please use 1.1.9 (voice tree from 1.1.9 should work fine
with 1.1.10, though).
