Broken vgetty in 1.1.10

Hi all,

sorry to announce, that vgetty in 1.1.10 is completely broken. It's not
only, that the compilation has problems, but I started to change some
important things. So even if someone fixes the compilation problems, vgetty
will not work. Please use the 1.1.9 voice tree. I never intended to release
this code and I told Gert, that the current code is not working, but he
decided to release it, because of some important changes to the mgetty code.

The most important thing is, that I'm too busy to work on the code, so the
next vgetty release will take some time. I'm personally very unhappy about
this situation, but I have no time to change it at the moment. Please do not
distribute the 1.1.10 voice code to anyone. It's not intended to be
released. Thanks.
