mgetty feedback request

Hello,

If somebody has the time, I would appreciate some feedback on some 
plans of mine. I'm considering using mgetty+sendfax to setup fax & 
voicemail support on my Linux box. Here's what I want to be able to 
do:

1) Answer the phone with a greeting, allowing people to leave a 
message in a voicemail box.
2) Allow people to send a fax by sending a touchtone (i.e. "to send a 
fax, press 1").
3) Record the originating phone number of all calls using caller-id 
(if the originating number is available).

Is this all possible with mgetty+sendfax? From my cursory 
examination of the documents, it looks as if (3) is not possible, 
only screening by number. An examination of the FAQ didn't answer 
the others.

Additionally, is there a recommended modem for voice mail support?

Lastly, I'm not subscribed to this list (yet-- I will if I decide to 
use mgetty). If anybody takes the time to reply, would you please 
send mail directly to me?
