modem dialout

Hello!

 I'm new with mgetty, but I've read man pages and info and haven't
found anything about something like init-chat-timeout. We, former Soviet
Uniuon guys have pulse-dialing phone lines, this means phone number
dialing time is much longer than tone one, and the defult timeout
for waiting CONNECT string is enough to make just ONE ring ;-)
And modem is reinitialized again...

 How to cope with this? How I can made mgetty to wait longer?
