Sendfax can do this just fine (with the "-S" option - it's documented!).
What you will have to implement yourselves is the DTMF handling part
(read a DTMF sequence, select a document, call "sendfax -S ..."). I have
implemented this some time ago, for Klaus' vgetty version, and it worked
quite well. My scripts won't work with Marc's new implementation, though.
