Another callback.config plea for help

This is not really possible yet. You would need some small changes to
mgetty to make sure that callback entries in "login.config" are skipped
upon the "second" login.
I've planned to include that since quite a while but couldn't figure out
the most elegant way to do that.

No -- the problem is, mgetty will *always* read *all* entries in login.config.
As a first workaround, you could call "callback" with a special login
(like "callback"), and wait for 1.1.12...
