I've looked into that earlier this year. There used to be some GNU effort, 
which is dead now. I saw some toy stuff, but unusable for for 'office' use. 
There is some freely available US govt stuff, but it was useless. Warning, old

my other links. That's all I've found, plus a lot of requests from people 
asking for something like this and no answers.
