Hello Dave,
Sorry for the confusion Dave, I was responding to when you said that only the
word of God is inspired, but you said that translations were not inspired. I
meant the if we are actually translating the inspired word of God than the
translations would be inspired also. I hope you understand what I'm saying
and I also hope that I am understanding what you are saying. In today's
world it seems to be accepted that our Bible has a lot of contridictions in
it and I am not of that persuation.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory
as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus Christ
the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. His inspired Word is with us as sure
in the last hours as it was in the early going. And it is important that we
believe that, are we will stray in our doctrine from the Apostle message. We
have a message on our church sign that says " Where the Apostles Doctrine is
still taught" and I'm here to tell you it still works if you exercise your
faith and obey it. We can only become participants in Bible salvation when
we through faith obey Acts 2:38 , He that believeth and is baptized shall be
saved, He that believeth not shall be damned. So its necessary that we
believe the Bible to be inspired of God are we will find reasons not to obey
it and the reason will be is that we don't believe it anymore. My faith in
the Bible being God's holy and inspired word is as strong as ever. Obeying is
Believeing.
