I tried to search on this...can you provide a scripture reference?

> Is it wrong to say to a Muslim "You are not talking about
> the same God I am."? A Jew, a Jehovah Witness or a
> Bhudist. Why the taboo for a Trinitarian.

Though they may serve different Gods...excuse me...gods..., then your
statement would be correct. But let's not publicly indict them. It's a bit
harsh, and does nothing for the winning of a soul.

A Bhuddist may agree that we are talking about different God/gods, but a
Trinitarian BELIEVES that he is worshipping the creator of the earth
(whomever they think that might be), but ignorantly worship some other two
"people" as well.

> As to winning Dave back if the witness that he has had won't do it he is
> already gone...

Only blasphemy is unforgiven. As long as Dave is alive, there is hope. Who
knows, something may suddenly "CLICK" within him through something someone
says. Let's not count him or anyone else (except Satan) out yet!

> The first installment of Revelation is forthcoming. As to format...I guess
> my point is to slow down and do this right.

I agree...maybe a topic instead of a chapter. That's what I'd like to see.

> The Jews had many "signs and wonders" staring them right in
> the face. Still Jesus said "they know not what they do."
> This is why they will weep, they killed their saviour and
> now are damned.

OK...the signs and wonders came from the Creator as they knew Him. From what
I understand, they were expecting a King of the Jews to be high and lifted
up, and not meek and lowly. So when Jesus came on the scene, they figured
"this can't be the one" and continued to look for another. Even John the
Baptist had to make sure.

I'm not that great on Jewish theology. Am I correct on the above thought?

Also, does the Bible say they are damned? That would mean that they are going
to Hell no matter what, and from what I understand, they will have an
opportunity AFTER we are caught up...am I correct??

One more thing...I heard on the radio that a family converted to Judaism. Is
Judaism the same as being a Jew? Or is it just going through the motions in
vain and they are still going to hell?

> Can anybody think of other non-mainstream [church] name possibilities?

I like to sit and think of names of churches sometimes. Strange what you can
come up with, ain't it?

Ours is a very simple "Mt. Zion Assembly Healing Temple...." and underneath,
but not part of the name (Apostolic Faith).

> There is a church close to Mena, Arkansas called "Little Hope Baptist
Church".

Wow...I wonder if they thought about that?

> I know there will be a <<<literal>>> "Son of Perdition"

This doesn't mean you Brother Tim!!! : )

>> Mr. Dave. You believe this literally? I'll put you to the test...go to Mt.
>> Everest and tell it to move into the Pacific. If it happens, I'll become
WoF!

> No, I don't take the "speaking to the mountain" literally. I believe that
> this is figurative language.

So the notion of speaking things into existence doesn't hold in ALL cases?
This kind of shoots your doctrine out of the water, doesn't it? In order for
something to be true, it must hold true IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES regardless of
the variable.

> God is not the problem. The Lord didn't take away. God is the solution to
our
> problems, not the cause of them (Hello!).

God did not cause the problem, but He ALLOWED the problem to come upon Job,
so in a sense, he is the cause. God is in control of all things at all times.
Evil can befall us ONLY if God permits it. Goodness will befall us ONLY if
God bestows it.

Death DOES come from God, for He is the only one who has the power of life
and death in his hands. Satan has no power outside of God's control and
permission.

Whew...that kept me from posting about 10 different messages...hope you all
followed it!
