Dear Brothers, 

I have to agree with you that these things should remain Private. When we
have a rif it's no one else's business. When you keep it private until
matters are settled and you can be civil in front everyone then bring it back
to HF.  This seems decent and in order enough to me. I really appreciate it
when someone has the common courtesy to Email me privately and say "I don't
agree with you" and they really make me look bad and I have egg on my face.
 I think that none of us like to look bad in front of everyone, so if we just
think "How would I like for someone to handle this if I were on the other
end"?  If you wouldn't like to be made to look silly in front of everyone,
don't do it to anyone else. Just an idea, some of the simple things we're
taught as children and tend to forget as we grow older learning to survive in
the ugly world. We can get that in the world folks. We should find more of a
refuge from the world here. We are all Christians, are we not?? And if there
are those who are not, then we should be acting like Christians in front of
them.
