 >>Why did Jesus ask Jairus not to tell anyone????<<

Well, since there is "nothing new under the sun", it is my opinion that
Jesus was using "Reverse Psychology". He knew that, people being people,
they would immediately tell everyone, just because He asked them to tell
no one. Isn't that how it usually works!!=) And for those who are now
ready to get all fired up and respond to me, I'm just interjecting a
little humor about human behavior!!=)=)

(Please pardon the reference to this particular hair color, this is how
the joke was told to me, by my sister who happens to have this hair
color!)

One day, a blond was at the pearly gates waiting for admission to Heaven.
St. Peter came out to talk with her. "Well", says he, "You must first
answer three questions correctly, before I can allow you in. The first
question is how many seconds are there in a year?" The blond thought for
a minute and then answered, "Twelve!" "How do you get that?" St. Peter
asked. She says"January 2nd, February 2nd...." "Fine," says St. Peter,
I'll give you that one. But how about this, How many days of the week
start with "T"?" After thinking again for a few moments, she answers
"Two." "And what are they?" He asks. She replies, "Today and Tomorrow"
After silently groaning St. Peter asks the third question, "What is the
name of God?" The blond thinks for a long time on this one. Finally,
she brightens up and says, "Andy!" "How in the world do you get that?"
yells St. Peter. "It's simple," she says, "I just thought about the
songs we sang in church, and I remembered the one that goes 'Andy walks
with me, Andy talks with me, Andy tells me I am His own'...."
