I disagree.  This is one of the scriptures that convinced me of 
Oneness.  It says that these three *are* one, not that these three 
are *in* one or these three "persons" are in one, etc.  I saw this scripture
 quoted in a tract from a famous (now imfamous) Trinitarian, and he 
conveniently dropped the "these three are one" part of it.
