Galatians 3:27
"For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ."

Once you are baptized into Christ (i.e. in His name), you have put on Christ,
and are therefore IN Christ. You have PUT OFF the old man. If any man be In
Christ, he is a new creature.

Once you denounce the validity of Jesus' name and His baptism, and His
Oneness, you have PUT OFF Christ, and are therefore no longer IN Christ.

I wouldn't say that Oneness organizations/assemblies are at all divided. We
may have different views on trivial matters, but for the most part, TRUE
Oneness churches all support/teach the Oneness of God, the baptism in God's
name, and receiving Gods spirit through the initial evidence of speaking in
other tongues as God gives us utterence. We further support the necessity of
a clean and holy life acceptable to God according to His Word.

Where is the division? On what color our pews should be? What length our hair
should be? What time to have service? These divisions you speak of are no
more than local and/or regional practices, most of which will have no bearing
on whether or not we get into heaven.
