Creation

This is going further on the subject of creation.
I know we all, or I hope all of use beleve in creation, but i have a question.
Ok everyone turn to Gen 1 and about verse 13 (I don't have my bible with me)
any way about the 4, 5, and 6th days the scriptures talk about how God
commanded the ground to bring forth "_____".  Does this mean that animals,
plants and such actually came out of the ground.  God spoke the world into
existence according to scriptures but what about the living creatures???
