Greetings in Jesus Name!

Thank you again for all the prayers you sent up during the sad time for my
family.  My sister was able to make it through the funeral and was able to
comfort her children...............I know that your prayers are what
helped to give her strength.  She has read many of your messages and will
be responding to them.  I was able to take off from school for a week and
stay with her............I think God for that!!!  The children, Ricky and
Corinne, are taking it very hard.  Ricky can't talk about his dad's
death.........Ricky had helped to pick up his dad from his chair in the
living room and place him in the hospital bed, minutes before Richard
died.  Ricky is trying to understand why his dad had to die.......Richard
had always been able to pull out of all the treatments before this last
one.  Ricky turned 16 in December.  

Corinne, is 17 and will be 18 in March.  She can't understand why her dad
won't be there to see her graduate.  Richard gave Corinne her birthday
present the Saturday before he died.  They both cried becase he knew he
would not be there.

My sister, Darlene, sees Richard's presence everywhere.  She will not
sleep in their bedroom...........she sleeps on the couch.........his
hospital bed was in their living room.  Darlene is starting to feel the
emptiness that comes with losing your companion.  Please continue to pray
for her.  God is taking care of her..........and she feels the prayers of
all the Saints!

prayers..........you have helped to comfort us in our hour of sorrow.
