How old is Earth?

We are not to take this literally. What this scripture is saying is that God
is
not limited to time. One day to God is the same a 1,000 years. For us,
however,
one hour is the same as one hour...we are creatures of time, and are ALWAYS
constrained by time.

God is not constrained by time, so whether it takes him one day or 1,000
years,
it makes him no difference, because he is eternal.

Let's not get caught up in 1 day = 1,000 years...you'll be in GREAT err!
