I must agree with dave as far as I know in the New testement there is no
reference to outlawing makeup.  But in the old testement *IF* I remember
correctly the only people that wore the makeup was Jezebel and the
 prostitues of the time.

Question: Can make up be considered "costly array" or be
included in "putting on of apparal?"  This gets to the
HEART of the matter also.

But yet again I have never thought of it this way as costly array.  I could 
see where it *could* be added.  I would like to hear some more thoughts 
on this.  But for the "Putting on of Apparal", all of us have to wear some type
of clothes or we will be like the Ferangi on the Show Star Trek:Deep
Space 9.  The Ferangi do not allow their women to wear clothes.  A
 wierd culture.  Anyway  I don't think that is what Paul had in mind when he
wrote the book of I Timothy.
