Hey everyone!!! I want to tell you about Victory, Sweet Victory!!! The
Lord has done it again!!! We are so excited because the Lord has answered
a prayer of ours. We found out that the landlord of our current property
is wanting to sell the house we live in. No big deal, we were planning on
moving soon anyway, since we now have 2 kids and we live in a 2 bedroom
house. Well, the problem is (was) that we live and minister in a small
community about 10 miles outside of Indy, called Brownsburg. Since it is
such a cozy lil place, it is also highly sought after. You can rent a
nice house in Indy for 450 to 550 dollars, the same house here is renting
for 750 to 800 per month. We hadn't even really began to get to that
"human anxiety" point yet, and God answered our simple, humble, prayer.
We are going to be able to rent a house about 3 miles out in the country
(good for the younguns to run around in), that is a 3 bedroom house with
1/2 acre of land, 2 car garage, and central air. for 500 dollars per
month!!! That's 75$ less than what we now pay.......Hallelujah!!!

I don't have time to go into all the particulars....but....... A family
that goes to our church, has a dear friend in the Navy. This friend's dad
lived in the house till his unexpected heart attack in August last year.
The family all lives in Texas and California, so all they want is for
someone to live there and to maintain it in good shape until this young
man gets out of the Navy, IN 3 YEARS!!! That is almost exactly how much
time my wife and I need to get all that we need to qualify for a mortgage
and move into a house we can buy. I'm self employed and we have a couple
of credit scars, so it will take awhile for us to get up to
par.........Isn't God Good, He is an On Time God, Yes He Is!!!

Additionally, please pray for my business, I need a full time secretary,
the one I have now is leaving in a month or so, and we cannot exist
without a full timer to handle payments and such. I know you'll pray and
I know God will answer........Right On Time
