New motherboard at eli.wariat.org

I successfully replaced the P-120 motherboard on eli.wariat.org with a
P-200 Saturday night.  So far, I haven't had a single crash or SIG-10
or SIG-11, but I expect to do a kernel build tonight, and that
generally stress-tests the thing really good!  We shall see if it
stays up.  Hopefully, this will make the archives more reliable :-)
