After reading your insight on "women preachers" you must have overlooked
Phillip's daughters who were prophetess.

In Acts 2, on the Day of Pentecost, Peter quoted Joel 2:28-29 in Acts
2:17-18 stating that "...your sons and your daughters shall prophecy..." The
word "prophecy" also means to "preach or proclaim the word" or the gospel. 

Again, a fine example of a successful woman Pastor is Pastor Marilyn
Gazowsky of San Francisco, CA. A Powerful woman of God! And she was a Pastor
of the largest church in SF. Know anything about her? I'm sure that there
are other women Pastors. 

Also, there was Sister Nona Freeman and Sister Kantola, both UPC
missionaries overseas.
