I definately agree with this.

I also agree with these and the bible also says that a woman
should usurp the authority of the man. If a woman were trying
to tell a man how to live and this that and the other then I
believe that she would be usurping that authority.

I really don't think that this is a stumbling block. We have
a couple of women in our church that teach home bible studies
wonderfully and that would be something that I consider a
labour in the gospel. Also anytime you have someone that
cleans the church, as we have a brother and sister, that
perform this at our church. They are not getting paid and are
rather doing it out of love for God and his house. They are
also labouring, so there could many examples and logical ones
where a woman can be used in the labour of God WITHOUT
preaching and pastoring.
