UPCI.ORG outage

To all concerned:

A short outage in the near future may occur on the UPCI.ORG domain name due
to organizational changes in the domain name setup required by Internic. The
outage should be minute but may impact some of your web sites/upci sites
that you visit. I wanted you all to be aware before it happened. Due to the
nature of Internic requests being processed I cannot forsee what date
exactly this will happen on. Please advise should anyone question you of the
status of this domain. Maximum outage time should be 24hrs although I do not
expect it to be that long.
