This may not set well with some on the list but Here is how I feel on on this
subject of women pastoring,  as I have witnessed in Okla. that God will call
whoever is willing to shoulder the responsibility.  If a man that God called
won't, then I believe God will accept a woman that is willing.  

But this I will agree for as the articles of faith of the UPC states, not to
strive for individual belief to the disunity of the breathren. (paraphraised).
