In Acts 2:17-18. the word "prophesy" not prophecy means:
to foretell events, divine. (strongs 4395; propheteuo)
Foretelling events can occur with the gift of tongues and interpretation.
Notice the rest of the Acts 2:17-18:
Acts|2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will
pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men
shall dream dreams:
Acts|2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in
those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Young men seeing visions, old men dreaming dreams. Goes right along
with foretelling events don't it?

I have heard of Sis Freeman and I have been told of some of the great
things
she has to say. However, being a woman who can preach the Holy Ghost
down
does not make it right for a woman to be a pastor.
