You'd be surprised...I've seen plenty of pastors with alterior
motives. What I meant by that is he would be more concerned
about the reputation of his church than he would the soul
of the saint. I've seen pastors like this, and have heard them
mention their church reputation. While this is important in its
own right, it must not supercede winning a soul.

I agree, it would be inappropriate to wear a Chicago Bulls tie
to church, but a regular dress tie I don't think should leave
any question. I can't think of a tie that would be out of line
except those theme ties (Bulls, kissy lips, etc.)
