Dear Timothy, It would seem to me that the whole five fold ministry is a gift, And I gave unto you Apostles, Prophets, Pastor, Evanglists and Teachers. I don't know why you singled out Pastors, but all of these above are gifts from God to the Church. Just trying to be Litteral. Pastor Fitzgerel
