I wish to simply interject a small thought into this dicussion.

If one has been divorced and remarried before salvation, God does not 
recall it and there is no need to change anything.  We are 
born crucified.  To demand a convert not recognize their second marriage
which they experienced BEFORE salvation is to trample the blood of
Jesus under foot.

After salvation makes things a bit more complex.  But even then divorce
is not the unpardonable sin.
