The 'office' was determined by the circumstance of the 'recipients' and NOT
by some predisposed hierarchy!  Jesus said His Authority was God, Paul said
his Authority was God in Christ Jesus, Peter said his Authority was God in
Christ Jesus as did ALL of the Apostles and the prophets and evangelists as
well as pastor/teachers!  

What do YOU say?   

Robert Thorn would say: I see a group of people, one in doctrine, one in
purpose, one in baptism, divided in governments. If I were looking for those
who had the keys, I'd say it was the United Pentecostal Church (Upon this
Rock)International, and if I were looking for the workings of the gifts of
the Spirit, I'd be looking amoung its people for those, and if I were
looking for the head, I say it was Brother Urshan.
