Greetings Saints in Jesus name! In order to keep with the spirit of making all e-mail on H-F friendly that everybody can read it regardless of the e-mail client they use, this post is informational concering making Netscape Navigator Gold (version 3) friendly with respect to Higher-Fire posts. Click on the "Options" menu item, the choose "Mail and News Preferences" from the drop-down menu. When you get the next panel that has all of the "Mail and News Preferences", click on the "Composition" tab. Then click on the "Allow 8-bit" radio button next to the "Send and Post" section of that panel. The other radio button to the right of "Allow 8-bit" that shouldn't be selected is "MIME Compliant (Quoted Printable)". Then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the panel and you're done! I don't think there's many Netscape Gold MIME compliant offenders out there posting to H-F. But, I figger it's good to get this written down for reference since we've done it with MS Outlook/Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator (version 4) and now Netscape Gold (version 3).
