Sinless!

Think about the Scripture that says that Jesus is coming
for a
Church without spot or wirinkle. Why did Paul use this
anology? If you have a snow white garment and it must be
spotless
and wrinkle free for, oh, let's say a wedding and it gets a
spot on it, what ddo you do? YOU WASH IT and it is
spotless again provided that the SPOT-REMOVER is powerful
enough! What if it gets a wrinkle? You apply a flat rigid
hot surface to bring the cloth back into COMFORMITY to the
smooth standard that allows for no SHADOW to darken the
pristine white surface of your "covering."
It is a good thing to KEEP dirt from the garment but should
it become soiled it is ESSENTIAL to know where to go to get
it WASHED AND PRESSED!
Am I sinless? YES! Is this always the case. NO! When I
sin I must confess this sin and therein be cleansed by the
shed blood of my Saviour. The wrinkles are when I walk
after my own will in something that would not be a sin
except that God has told me to do something specific. Paul
was told not to go to Jerusalem. Going to Jerusalem is not
a sin. God had to "streighten" him out!
Loose the spots by confession and the wrinkles by
"cheerful" endurance of chastisement.
As to being caught unawares on the day of rapture, the
Bible says that God is not mocked, that what you sow is
what you reap. If you sow repentance you reap mercy (God's
repentance of His judgment) and if you sow deeds of an evil
heart you reap death.
For someone to be faithful and repent ON A REGULAR BASIS
and have God to condemn them for a single moment of sin
would make Him a liar. Now don't get the idea that this is
accomplished by works but only by faith that Jesus has paid
the price and that through your repentance and confession
that He is able as well as faithful and just to forgive
your sins. Get in the habit of doing this moment to moment
and you will sow a HUGE crop of repentance in faith and
will reap a bountiful harvest of mercy and confirmation!
