animal:--blast, (that) breath (-eth), inspiration, soul, spirit.

2 Tim 3:16  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness:
inspiration 2315. theopneustos, theh-op'-nyoo-stos; from G2316 and a
presumed der. of G4154; divinely breathed in:--given by inspiration of
God.

divinely breathed in:= inspired

Next we must figure out what is scripture:
scripture 1124. graphe, graf-ay'; from G1125; a document, i.e. holy Writ
(or its contents or a statement in it):--scripture.

I will not change the writings delivered to me. 1 Pet 2:6  Wherefore
also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief
corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be
confounded.
I am not confounded, this comes from a lack of "believing," Mat 22:29 
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the
scriptures, nor the power of God.

You must think the KJV is not from God, if it is from God, it is
perfect, His word is perfect.

Deu 32:4  He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are
judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
"His work is perfect"

2 Sam 22:31  As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is
tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.
"His way is perfect"

Psa 19:7  The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the
testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
"law of the LORD is perfect"

Rom 3:4  God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it
is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest
overcome when thou art judged.
