Question?

When is it OK to use this scripture:
1 Tim 1:20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered
unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

When, or is it right to deliver someone to the devil?

Sometimes folks need to be presuaded, to look to God: Jude 1:23 And
others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the
garment spotted by the flesh.

Didn't God say, to Satan, Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast
thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the
earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth
evil?

David says here to let satan, "stand at his right hand."
Psa 109:4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto
prayer.
Psa 109:5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my
love.
Psa 109:6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his
right hand.

Also God in, 2 Th 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to
recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

Can we use Satan, or give him permission, to work his stuff, but not
touch the soul?
Job 1:12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in
thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went
forth from the presence of the LORD.
