Jesus said "commiteth" adultery.  This makes it a sin EVERY
TIME.  When a person gets saved their past LIFE is erased,
this includes the MARRIAGES and therefore they are not
adulterers.

1 Corinthians 5:1
It is reported commonly that there is fornication among
you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among
the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife. 

This is for Bro Glen.  Here the FORNICATION is adultery
also.

Galatians 5:19
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these;
Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 

Here the term FORNICATION broadens the term adultery to
INCLUDE bestiality (not adultery) love of inanimate objects
(not adultery and more.
