I would like for you to look up the definition of the word
"THREE"
Bro. Hall. It says there ARE THREE that bear witness. I
know what the word witness means. Tell me what the word
three means. Now, what does it mean when the verse says
that there are *"THREE"* that bear (carry) this witness?
I KNOW God is ONE. This verse says that the Father is one
that bears witness, the Word is another and the Holy Ghost
yet another.
I thank God that He has seen fit to "work around" this
verse and has even lead some to Himself IN SPITE of this
verse. The argument that these are three "manifestations"
doesn't work either as the Father is not now or has never
been a manifestation but a "designation" of the One True
Living God. The term Holy Ghost is another "designation"
but this time of the "manifestation" OF the Father
(Spirit). The term "Word" is yet another "designation" of
the same Spirit. NEVER, NO WAY, UNDER NO CERCUMSTANCES
THREE!
Don't remain blinded friend, the KJV is flawed and
therefore is not the inerrant Word of God. The KJV
CONTAINS, HOLDS, HAS WITHIN IT AND IS 99.99% the inerrant
word of God in Olde English.
I once said that God had given me a "similar" revelation to
yours. The exact wording of this revelation was that "That
book (KJV Bible) has my Word in it." I said "Lord that is
different that 'is your Word'" and God said that was true.
The inerrant Word of God is contained in the KJV but to say
that the KJV "IS" the inerrant Word of God is to bury your
head in the sand about the OBVIOUS and UNCONTESTABLE
INTENTIONAL alterations as well as the just PLAIN
misTRANSLATIONS.
I have a term for the position we are in on this subject, I
call it "shouting down a well." I mean no offense but we
really are getting no where here. The Bible says after you
have told someone twice to pray that the Lord open the
understanding and this is what I will do.
