The above contention is based on an incident where a proponent of
different translations got into a coughing fit during a televised KJV
debate.

  "I will make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth so that you
  will be silent and unable to rebuke them, though they are a
  rebellious house" (Ezekiel 3:26).

The speaker did recover and was able to continue with the debate.
