AARRGH!!!  No, let's not go into that AGAIN!  I will echo
(prophetically :-}) the sentiments of the list owners and
shout one word: ARCHIVES!

There you will find my thoughts on women preachers, and
everything else.  Since you work with youth, I would like
to ask your advice on methods to overcome shyness and on
how to be assertive in expressing ones opinion.  

Not that I need these at ALL but I thought I would ASK.
