Me:
Thank you all for your prayers! I will post an "update"
later.
I have been reading through these post but haven't had the
time (or the heart) to answer.
I was talking to a brother after church on Sunday and he
apologised for being insensitive, he was a backslider that
recently came back and needs to have things clarified as
well as heavy support, because
his need required him to ask some things of me. I told him
that when one is truely called to a thing by the Lord, that
calling becomes like breathing to them. There are times
when the breath is labored and heavy but still ESSENTIAL.
I thank God that He has allowed for me to have such things
as H-F to lean upon. I will get to the other issues as
this is like a medicine from the Spirit of God. I
particularly wish to answer the post from
Sister Kathleen. I chose this one for the brevity of the
answer.
Bro. Jim:
Does it comprise of another gospel other than that which
is already preached?
Me:
I think that this is starting to sink in, Glory to God!
Which version of the Bible/Gospel did Paul preach? What
language was this, his message because it was Jesus'
message, RECORDED in?
The post from Bro. McNair proves that the modern
translations have SERIOUS problems and are CLEARLY bias,
but the King James Version/Translation was new at one time.
It is still the best translation but not the PERFECT or
INERRANT Word of God.
What can WE do then? Do OUR VERY BEST to find what the
Jesus and the Apostles MEANT when they recorded what the
Lord had given them. We have a DISTINCT advantage in this
friends:
We can CONSULT the AUTHOR!
Your prayers have not gone unheeded! Be sure to thank God
on all our (mine, my families and yourselves dear friends)
behalfs for the work He is doing!
