I've updated the homepage for this mailing list.  Most of the changes
are fairly minor, though one subtantial addition is that the membership
questionaire is now a form on the World Wide Web -- just a little
experiment to see what happens.  The FAQ is also now available on the
web, though you should still use Bro Kendrick's autoresponder to get the
latest version of the FAQ.

I've also been getting a lot of questions lately that are answered in
the H-F homepages.  If you have *any* questions at all about the
operation of the list, please refer to the H-F homepage before sending
your question to Bro Tyler or I.  This doesn't apply, of course, if
you don't *have* web access :-)  The web pages are Lynx-friendly, BTW.
