I'm pleased to announce to everyone that Biblical Apostolic Church has just
purchased the lot next door to our church. Our church presently set's on a
50 X 120 ft. lot. The lot that we just purchased is 75 X 120 and has a two
story house on it that's 1800 sq. ft. It also has a one room apartment with
a bath. The inside is in very bad shape. It was a rent house and the kids
that rented it last tore it up. But it looks nice on the outside. We're
looking for a house mover to move it to the back of the church to turn into
a Sunday School hall, and then we'll make a parking lot out of the lot. The
asking price was $8,900 and we give $5,000 for it. Two days ago we had a
person drive up and offer us $15,000 for it.
