Whats the difference

I consider myself a newbie, being saved 5 years now, I have learned a
lot , but I have tons more to learn about this wonderful fellowship with
the Lord. When I first visited an Apostolic church I knew I had been
placed there by God to hear the truth, after I gave my life to him being
baptized and filled with His spirit, I figured it was just that simple,
and when I died I would see Jesus, but I have learned first I have to
live a Godly life. I thank God for each new day, for each new day is a
new beginning with God, the opportunity for forgiveness and mercy from
God never ceases. In my walk I have run into a puzzling question, that
many of my brothers and sisters have tried to answer. I've decided to
turn the question over to Higher firer, my question is one that I'm sure
has been threaded here before. I would like to know the difference
between PAW and UPC. If I understand correctly we are from the same
organization, and have the same doctrinal beliefs, yet we are separate.
Why is this? I have heard the Paw's side, now I'd like to hear from UPC.
