I used to take the train to church before I bought my car. At the last train stop, while waiting for a sister from church to pick us up, I met this baptist lady and this other young man. Apparently they had missed their church bus, so I asked them if they would like to come with me and they agreed. On the way to church, the sister gave them a quick bible study verbally on the baptism and the HG. At church there came forth tongues and interpretation and the Lord, spoke about teachers who were not preaching the truth, and they are not of him, I beleived the He had spoken about the baptism also. I knew in my heart that he was talking to my baptist visitor. She was unresponsive only the young man was receptive to our prayers. She never did come back.
Bro Starcher we understand your heart concern for these people who are lost and because we are one in the Holy Ghost our desires are the same. But I have come to learn and understand that without the annointing we cannot do anything. God is the one who draws these people to Him. We must give them the word yes! but after than its between them and God, its important that we do not linger, else we ourselves will gather moss like rolling stone that stops. When Jesus was sending His deciples out He told them if they were not received, to bursh the dust off and continue on. There are times when we have to be very patient and other times we just have to tell it like it is. Jesus was faced with the same situation also. Some of your articles are very interesting and encouraging but there are also other times when I do not agree. Its obvious that God wants to work in our midst, let us come in one accord in Him, pray and fast and bind these forces of darkness, can we do that?
