Hi All !

First let me say that that was the first time I ever remembered hearing
about those sounds, at least I think so, but I don't remember ever
hearing before
now that it is an urban legend, and I wouldn't deliberately publicize
any
urban legends as being real if I knew they were urban legends, but I did

say that only God knows for sure, not that it was already proven.

On the other hand, even if people hearing it thought it was fake but it
still had the effect of turning their thoughts to eternity and getting
saved
then how would that be any different from the many churches that put
on gospel "plays" and "dramas" especially around the holidays and have
people act out various Bible related stories ?
I know of at least 2 large apostolic churches that in recent years have
put
on dramas that centered around what would happen to those who go out
into eternity lost, as well as saved, and it was with some very
impressive
special visual and audio effects too.

Paul said " I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means
save some."
and in Jude it says
"And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with
fear,
pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the
flesh."

Now I would rather reach people with a positive message of the love of
God
and how they can be set free from things and have life more abundantly,
but there may be some people that a glimpse of the reality of Hell is
what it
would take to wake them up, I'm sure that those who are in Hell right
now
wish that someone would have scared them into being saved.

Now let me finish by saying I have no problem with those who may not
agree
with having "dramas" acted out as an outreach tool, and whether I agree
with your
convictions or not I still respect your right to have them.
and I really do prefer to reach people using a positive outreach, but
there may
be specific times that God leads us to warn people about Hell
specifically,
I think Jesus spoke more about Hell than about Heaven, but God knows
what
is needed to reach different souls at different times so if we just
follow the
leading of His Spirit we'll know what approach to take at any particular
time.
