 The events in Europe are so confusing and mixed, I am not sure that anyone
truly understands them.  It is my opinion that even our own government does
not understand them or they would m=not be participating in the NATO's war.
As for having our lamps trimmed, this is something that should be done at all
times.  Have you heard of the Minute Men of the Revolutionary War?  Well, I
would be an "Any Minute Man" because I believe the Lord could return "Any
Minute."  You can study prophecy and end times until the cows come home and be
completely on the wrong track. 
 In twenty years I have been living for God, I have heard of everyone from
Henry Kissinger to John F. Kennedy (genetically returning from cells in his
head wound) becoming the Anti Christ.  Of course the Pope is always been a
popular candidate.  Israel has invaded Lebanon, Iraq has invaded Kuwait and
the United States has invaded Iraq.  The Palestinians have garnished a certain
amount of self rule, and Israel has declared "peace and safety" with their
peace treaty with Egypt. 
 Before I got into Church, and in modern history.  Hitler and Mussolini both
were thought of as being the Anti Christ (they sure acted like it) 
  In about 1979 O. W.  Williams preached in riverside CA, "When Russia Invades
Israel."  Oh what a night that was people screaming and crying and running the
aisles just sure that any moment, Russian tanks would be descending from the
Golan heights into Israel, and the Lord with ten thousand of his angels would
defend his chosen people.  Well, we have lived to see the Berlin wall fall.  
 Does this mean that I do not believe that things like this can and will come
to pass?  Of course not.  My point is the focus should be to always have our
wedding garments on, because he WILL come.  No man knows the day or hour, like
you quoted.  It will be just like any other day.  We must ALWAYS be ready, not
just when world events are indicative of his returning.

 He has been sounding the alarm for two thousand years and very few have

 I believe you are right, I personally am so tired of this world, so tired of
the onslaught of evil, so tired of the battle, I just want to go home and be
with him.  I can't wait to enter his throne room with my fellow warriors and
throw down my crown at his feet and praise him for his saving grace!
