I do agree with feeding the hungry and helping the needy, and the UPC
organization (as I'm sure do other apostolic
organizations) have programs that we can contribute to that gets
channeled to those with such needs, and we have
helped individuals and families in need before, but I would have to say
that as far as contributing to various
organizations that you know are speading a false gospel that is giving
people a false sense of security about being
saved, then you must use wisdom to not help that false gospel be spread,
that is much different from helping an
individual family or individual in need with food, ect. especially when
it can open the door to sharing the truth with
them and thereby helping not only in their immediate need but to be
ready for eternity.

I would appreciate anyone's viewpoints on how the scriptures (see below)
should be applied in our daily lives,
does it mean that if JWs or Mormons or Baptists, ect. come knocking at
your door to witness to you that you
should not speak with them at all ? Or do you feel that you should
attempt to show them the truth but if they
refuse it then do not bid them God speed ? I believe in trying to reach
everyone, though I know everyone
is not going to have "ears to hear", I know that it is important to be
sensitive to the Spirit in feeling led to talk
to any certain individual at various times, I just have a burden to
take as many people as possible with us to
heaven, as I'm sure you all do likewise.

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not
into your house, neither bid him God speed:
For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. 2 John
