UPDATE!!!
I took everybodys thoughts into careful consideration but went on my own
with this one.  Quick review on this topic is that I posted a message
asking for ideas 
kind of remembrance
of the moment on it or in it somewhere.  I also like the idea of the
precious moments figurine but never could find one.
WELL.....Sunday night after church, Tabitha and I had a long talk
about "us" being together.  As we were sitting on the couch, her
favorite song came up on the tape we were listening to.  This song
set a perfect mood for the discussion.  Without getting into too much
mushy detail, I romantically kissed her and then slowly moved toward
her ear and whispered in her ear.."Tabitha.." She said "yeah..."
.."Will you marry me?"  At this point I was very nervous!!!  I don't
think my heart has ever pounded sooo hard.  After pulling back and staring
into my eyes....she smiled...and said..."YES!!!"
After hugging and some more mushy kissing...While still holding both her
hands, I asked her to pray with me.
SOooo....Thank you all for helping me!  I still plan on doing the Bible thing
but the moment was there and I could not hold back my words of love any longer!
