Well, I think the key is to understand WHO is crying "Abba Father", WE are
crying "Abba Father" through the Spirit, just as we pray all of the time to
God through the Spirit when we pray in the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God
is helping us to pray to Himself. If anything you can see that this is a
very strong oneness scripture because God is sending the Spirit of his Son.
There is only one Spirit with a capital "S", God's Spirit. So the Spirit
that was in Christ is God's Spirit and God is sending His Spirit to us to
help us to cry out to Him. If anything this is to remind us that the Holy
Spirit we receive is "one and the same" as the Spirit of God that was in
Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:19
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not
imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of
reconciliation

Hope that helps a little.
