I was sitting at lunch today and this is one of the two things that
came to mind.

BP..

AWE OF GOD

Looking at the fatherest stars in the heavens,
seeing the number of grains of sand on the beach,
the depth of the ocean, this overwhelms us and awes us.
Why should the spirit of God be any different.
His love is so deep he gave his life for us.
His peace is so enveloping, it drives out sorrow in the darkest
corners of our heart.
His Joy is so filling that the oceans couldn't contain it.
It must bubble through our hearts like a gyser in the earth
his mercy erupts around us like a volcano to flood us and bring us
home.
His eyes shining with the light of 10 million suns or more will find
us in the pit of sin.
His arms so big he can reach down and touch us, grab us, and hold us
in the darkness of life's storms.
his touch so light as a feather, but stronger than steel or diamonds
in order to hold us close to him that no one can break that bond.
So how can one sayhe isn't awe inspring?

I hope you ave enjoyed this.
