Has anyone seen the UPCI ad in the May Issue of the Readers Digest?  It's on
page 190 I was excited to see an add for us in such a national magazine!  My
prayer is that it will cause people to look for churches in their areas.

Good news!!!!! Tuesday night (our regular church night) we had Bro. and Sis.
Nix with us who are going to be missionaries to Peru.  He show  us his slides
and he sang some songs (a typical missionary service)  When he got to the end
of the slides he show a picture on this girl who walked into their conference
in Peru in the last 10 minutes of the preaching.  This girl had never been in
a pentecostal service before.  She went forward with everyone else to the
alter and the Lord filled her with the Holy Ghost.  Now for my news!!!!!  We
had two ladies in our church who had been seeking for the Holy Ghost for a
few months.  They went forward and started praying.  One of them was very
self-conscious and would never "let go and let God".  Well she started
praying and she was slain in the spirit!  She went straight back!  In about 2
minutes she was speaking in tongues!!! If was beautiful!   

The other ladies was praying.  She started to stop, but by that time we were
all excited about Sis Bonnie getting the Holy Ghost that we just kept right
on praying for her.  She start getting stammering lips and that really got us
going!  Well, you guessed it!  She got the Holy Ghost about 5 minutes later!
 It was a beautiful service!  "Just a typical missionary service" :) :) :)
 Praise the Lord \o/ \o/ !!!
